Can I Track My Book Sales?
Yes, you can easily monitor your book sales via your author dashboard. From tracking earnings to managing payouts and ordering copies of your book at subsidized rates, our dashboard provides all the tools you need.
How Do I Determine the Selling Price of My Book?
The selling price of your book is determined by its production cost. Our Calculate Author Earnings feature helps you ascertain the production cost based on factors such as number of pages, book format, size, and type. With this information, you can set the retail price of your book and calculate your potential earnings per copy sold.
How Many Copies of My Book Will Be Printed?
We employ a Printed-On-Demand (POD) model based on sales velocity to ensure that your book remains available without going out of stock. Through our global network of print partners, we ensure timely printing and delivery to your readers, ensuring that the latest version of your book is always accessible.
Will I Receive Post-Publishing Support?
Absolutely! At BodhaGamya, we are committed to providing comprehensive support to our authors even after publishing. Our dedicated Author Support Team is available to assist you with any post-publishing queries via email.
How Are Author Earnings Calculated for Print Books?
Profits from print book sales are calculated based on the difference between the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and production and distribution expenses. Authors under the Outpublish Program receive 100% of the net profits, while those using the BodhaGamya Platform receive 60% or 80% depending on the distribution plan chosen.
How Often Will I Receive My Author Earnings?
Profits from print book sales in India and internationally, as well as eBook sales, are reported and updated on your author dashboard regularly. Earnings are paid out within specific timelines outlined on the dashboard.
